Selling and payments on Drip
Keep Drip purchases on Drip
Complete purchases arranged through Drip using Drip checkout. Do not redirect a Drip buyer to another website, payment app, bank transfer or QR code to avoid Drip fees. Do not misstate a sale price or cancel a Drip order to complete the same purchase elsewhere.
Your shop and prices
You may operate your own website and set different prices there. Having an independent website is not a violation. On Drip, your listing has one price for Apple Pay, saved cards and newly entered cards. Applicable tax and shipping must be disclosed at checkout.
Reports and review
Drip stores direct messages and authorized staff may review relevant conversations and manually run text checks to investigate marketplace abuse. A report or text match is not proof of a violation. Staff review the evidence and record their decision.
Warning, then removal
A first confirmed payment-diversion incident receives a written warning. A new confirmed incident committed after that warning can result in removal of your shop. Multiple messages or reports about the same incident do not create additional strikes. Removal prevents new sales and applications by that seller account.
Orders and fees after removal
Removal does not entitle a seller to a voluntary refund of the shop registration fee, except where a refund is legally required. Existing buyer refunds, legitimate seller settlement, fulfillment obligations and unrelated Drip memberships remain governed by their applicable terms. Removal does not forfeit earned sales proceeds.

Shopping & messaging privacy notice
Notice version 2026-10-04
Optional saved shopping cards
Stripe collects and stores card credentials. Drip uses provider references and displays only the card brand, last four digits and expiration. Saving is optional. Remove shopping cards in Profile → Payment methods. Membership billing stays in its billing portal; membership cards are not automatically added to shopping.
Message storage and authorized review
Messages between users are stored in Drip’s private Google Cloud-backed database. Authorized staff can review conversations for support, fraud investigations and marketplace abuse. Staff may request a review of seller messages using versioned text rules. These checks create review candidates, not findings or automatic penalties. Conversations are not sent to an external AI service for these checks. Access and decisions are audited.
Reports, retention and your rights
Buyers may report suspected payment diversion and attach seller messages from their own conversations. Reports and review results are private. Existing account retention rules also apply to review records. Ordinary reviews do not search deleted-account archives. Contact neil.bjnweave@gmail.com for access, correction, appeals or other privacy requests.
