THE DETAILS, IN ONE PLACE
Updated September 30, 2026. Agreement version 2026-09-30.
You must actively agree to these Terms & Privacy to create an account and use Drip. We record the version you accept and the time of acceptance. If an updated agreement requires acceptance, you must review and accept it before continuing. You can still sign out, manage an existing subscription, or request access to or deletion of your data without accepting an update.
Use your own account and keep your sign-in details secure. A website membership belongs to the account that purchases it. Sign in with that same account in the app to use Pro. Do not create a second account to access an existing membership.
The Membership page and checkout show the current plan price, billing interval, and credit allowance. Prices are in U.S. dollars before applicable taxes. Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Annual subscriptions charge the full annual price upfront and renew each year. Your payment provider’s confirmation records your purchase.
The introductory free-preview allowance is offered once per person. Deleting and recreating an account does not reset it: we match verified email addresses, phone numbers, and Apple identities to retained usage records. Paid credits cover individual garment image generations, so a multi-garment outfit can use more than one credit.
Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the next monthly refresh and do not accumulate or carry into a later month. This applies to both monthly and annual memberships. Annual plans issue credits monthly; the year’s allowance is not issued at once. Your account shows your remaining credits and next refresh date. Extra credit packs are not available at launch.
For website subscriptions, use Manage subscription in My account to stop future renewals. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation normally leaves access available through the paid period. Canceling an annual renewal does not convert the current annual term to a monthly subscription.
Deleting your Drip account ends your website subscription immediately. App Store subscriptions must be managed through the Apple account used to purchase them.
Generated previews are visual estimates. They do not guarantee physical fit, garment sizing, exact colors, or product availability. Upload only photos you are permitted to use and follow the photo permissions and acceptable-use terms shown in the app.
Clothing purchases made on a retailer’s website are separate from your Drip membership and are subject to that retailer’s shipping, cancellation, and return policies.
All website membership sales, including subscription renewals, are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused subscription time, unused credits, or cancellation during a paid billing period. Canceling renewal prevents future charges; it does not refund the current paid period.
This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights or remedies for unauthorized or incorrect charges. Contact neil.bjnweave@gmail.com if you believe a charge is incorrect or a refund is required by law.
App Store purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies and your consumer rights. The website refund policy does not replace Apple’s rules.
We use your email address and account information to sign you in, verify your email, and connect your membership to the app. The website uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Stripe handles website payments and payment-card information. We retain subscription status and billing references so we can provide and manage your membership.
Photos are uploaded in the app after you accept its photo and try-on terms. Photos and generated looks are stored privately for your account. When you request a preview, photos and garment images may be processed by Google Cloud Vertex AI or the configured try-on service. Our team may review them to investigate quality problems. Other users can see photos and looks you choose to post as drips. We do not sell your photos to partners.
Before applying to sell, you provide a government-issued photo ID and a recent selfie for the identity process shown during onboarding. In Drip's direct review flow, authorized staff compare the selfie with the ID portrait and review the document. An uploaded selfie is not a live-presence check, and visual comparison does not guarantee that a document is genuine. In the Stripe flow, Stripe collects your ID and selfie, checks the document and compares the selfie. Stripe manages its own document retention.
Drip retains an encrypted record of available printed identity details: first, middle and last names, address, date of birth, document type, issuing country or state, issue and expiration dates, physical attributes such as height, weight, sex, eye and hair color, and document class, restrictions and endorsements when present. In the Stripe flow, we save only the available names, address, date of birth and document details returned by Stripe; Stripe does not provide height or weight. For legacy direct reviews, Google Cloud Document AI may read printed details, and staff review or correct them. Absent attributes are left blank. We do not retain raw OCR text, signatures or ID numbers as separate extracted fields. These records support seller review, disputes, refunds and fraud investigations; they do not establish product quality or guarantee a refund.
For direct Drip review, ID images are encrypted and held temporarily until a review decision or for up to seven days from upload, whichever comes first, then deleted. For both Stripe and direct checks with the corresponding retention consent, Drip privately retains the seller selfie and encrypted ID details while the account is active and for two years after closure. In the Stripe flow, Drip retrieves the verified selfie and details but does not copy ID images. Closed-account evidence moves to restricted Google Cloud Archive storage and is erased at the two-year deadline. Unsubmitted drafts expire within seven days. Retention and access are recorded. Access requires seller ownership or an authorized staff role and a review purpose; closed records require a dispute or fraud investigation purpose. Records may be disclosed in response to a valid legal request through a separate reviewed process; no automatic reporting occurs.
Identity documents, selfies and saved attributes are never public and are excluded from analytics, advertising, recommendations and model training. When the account closes, Stripe document redaction is requested; if Stripe cannot accept redaction, deletion pauses for retry. The separately retained seller selfie and identity details follow the two-year policy above. Older Stripe-only details without this retention consent are deleted on closure. Seller identity records are separate from the ordinary deleted-account content archive. Encrypted database backups expire under the backup schedule. Contact support for access, corrections or other privacy requests.
The app records activity such as views, searches, saves, try-ons, purchases, retailer links, screens opened, and return visits to support recommendations and product analytics. Activity is associated with an account code rather than your name or email. We may share or license aggregate insights with retailers, brands, and designers. Partner insights are limited to grouped statistics covering at least 25 people. Partners do not receive your photos, contact details, or a record of your individual activity.
Usage analytics has no in-app toggle. Previously recorded analytics opt-outs remain respected. Contact us with privacy requests or to exercise applicable data rights.
Model-training permission is included in this required agreement. By accepting these Terms & Privacy, you authorize the training use described here. There is no separate model-training opt-in or toggle. Existing users must actively accept this version before their content becomes eligible under this agreement.
After you accept and verify your account, Drip may copy your try-on photos, garment references, eligible generated previews, and photo drips you post into a private dataset to train, evaluate, and improve Drip AI. Drip may commercially use or license the resulting model to other companies. This permission does not transfer ownership of your photos or authorize selling the photos themselves.
Previews generated by Google’s model are not used as training targets. Consented input photos and garment references may still be used. Only upload or contribute material you have permission to use.
You can withdraw this permission by contacting neil.bjnweave@gmail.com or by deleting your account in Profile. Withdrawal stops new contributions and removes your examples from the training dataset. Because this permission is part of the required agreement, you cannot continue normal app use after withdrawal unless you actively agree again. Account deletion, data requests, sign-out, and management of an existing subscription remain available. Model versions already trained cannot be untrained.
The app’s Privacy & Data screen explains model training and lets you clear style history. Its Profile screen offers account deletion. Deletion removes your account and photos from the app and future statistics. After account closure, we retain a restricted archive of account content and activity, including photos, garment inputs, generated previews and their metadata, posts, messages, and business records, for two years for fraud prevention, disputes, and recovery, subject to applicable privacy rights. This archive is unavailable through ordinary account access and is excluded from new model-training datasets. Passwords, session tokens, and verification codes are not included. Verified identity hashes and preview usage prevent a new signup from resetting the introductory allowance during retention. The archive is erased after its retention deadline unless a separately authorized legal obligation requires longer retention. Seller selfies and ID details use the separate two-year retention described above.
You can read the training disclosure, clear style history, and request account deletion in the app. Contact us to withdraw training permission or make another privacy request. You can also contact us for help accessing your information, exercising applicable privacy rights, or closing your account.
